Fahrenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury Amazing, but the prose is difficult. I suspect it is so on purpose, in order to give reader a perspective of a twisted world. But it means this is not an easy read. I loved it, but don't pick it up if you don't want to ponder over every line and go back and reread from time to time.I read coda-less version, and the impression I got was that Bradbury hated television. As for the censorship angle, it seems to be caused by too much political corectness rather than a state trying to brainwash people. Basically, rather than state, Bradbury blames people. An unpleasant thought, but not untrue.
